[Desktop] How to Replay and Analyze Audio from the Clinical Notes

Prerequisite

Note: The red outline indicates where to press

1. Navigate to the https://app.brevi.tech/dashboard.
2. Click the "Clinical Notes" tab on the left navigation sidebar.
   
3. Select and open the clinical note that you want to analyze.
   
4. Click the blue "Analyze Audio" button.
   
5. You will see a new screen appear before you with an audio player and a transcription of the conversation.
   
   1. The recording does take about 1 minute of load time for every 5 minutes of conversation duration so please be patient.
      
      
6. After the audio is loaded you will be able to start using this tool to manually analyze the conversation you had with your patient. Here are a few ways to navigate this tool:
   
   1. Start playing the audio and the transcript below the audio player will follow along. The currently conversed part from the audio will have a hazy blue background.
   2. You can scroll through the transcript and press on the line that you want to be played and the audio player will jump to that exact point of conversation.
   3. In case you vaguely remember the time when an important topic was discussed, you have the ability to skip to that part by clicking on any point from the audio player and the transcript will move along.
