Step-by-Step Guideline
- Navigate to https://www.brevi.tech/
- Press the button that says “Request New Account” or press the one in the top navigation bar. This will take you to the following page - https://www.brevi.tech/new-account.

On the newly opened page, you will find a form to complete for subscription. Please fill in all necessary fields and submit when ready.

Notice: Please start this form only when you are ready to start using our application as you will be prompted to fill in information such as your phone number, billing and shipping addresses, EHR or EMR vendor, specialty, and more.

After successful submission, one of our team members will review your application form and information. Please expect to be contacted in 24-48 hours by one of our team members with instructions on how to proceed further. You will also be sent a DocuSign envelope to electronically sign the BAA and Order Form.

- After our team has reviewed and approved your application form, you should receive an email similar to the one in the screenshot below:
- Please open the document by pressing the yellow "Review Documents" button.

After the page is loaded you will see that most of the information has already filled in for you and you only need to input a few remaining fields. So please review the document, fill in the required fields and submit the document.

Once you are done with filling in the fields and signing the document, please allow up to 24-48 hours for our representatives to also sign the document.

Finally, one of our team members will contact you again and go over your account including finishing setup and a tutorial. You can ask them any questions that you might have through email or video call anytime you need it.
